The project was a new commercial development to house the head office for the Rice Development Corporation. The site consists of two standalone buildings totalling approx. 54,000 sq. ft. The new head office consists of a two-storey building, one below grade and one above grade.The second building on-site consist of a one-storey building with commercial office space.
