UNIVERSITY OF TORONTO MEDICAL SCIENCES BUILDING is located at 1 King`s College Circle , Toronto. Built in 1969, the Medical Sciences Building (MSB) on King's College Circle is a notable example of Brutalist architecture with its linear concrete façade, sprawling floor plates and a warren of laboratory and teaching spaces to accommodate the scientific and academic needs of the time. The Chiller and BAS upgrade was a part of the 40 Million Dollars earmarked for the upgrade of the Medical Sciences Building.
